We were privileged to undertake a mystery shopping evaluating how the newly renovated One&Only Le Saint Géran has improved, across every touch point of the customer journey. The unique location is as beautiful as ever, the well-manicured gardens, the immaculate beach and the enhanced features of the resort were simply amazing _ remodelled junior suites, superb peninsula pool area, delightful fresh and trendy restaurants… And we are pleased to confirm that, since its launch in 2003, the One&Only high-level quality standards are still constantly guiding the employee’s every moves, and their culture of always exceeding guests expectations by emotionally connecting with the guests as only Saint Géran’s team members know how to do…
