Redefining MedActiv customer experience with purpose-led branding

In 2018, MedActiv (part of the IBL Group), the leading Retail Pharmacy Chain in Mauritius, underwent a complete branding exercise which resulted in a new pharmacy retail concept, refreshed identity, brand DNA and brand promise. We are honoured to have been selected as the partner in charge of redefining the customer experience through extensive customer service training, retail coaching, mystery shopping, standards development and employee engagement activities (team building & creative workshops).

We gave meaning to the brand promise "committed to health and wellbeing" which now serves as a narrative thread across all initiatives and communications, evoking credible, confident and caring tone.
