A Brilliant Customer experience, simple as ABC

Founded in the early 1930s by the late Sir Jean Etienne Moilin Ah-Chuen, the ABC Group of Companies, with its track record of innovation and diversified product range, has become one of the leading conglomerate in Mauritius. For more than 80 years, ABC Group has been committed to developing Mauritius for a bigger and brighter future.

Once a thorough Brand communications audit was completed, Brand In One was then requested to partner with the newly appointed ABC Group Communication Manager and provide coaching and support for the development of the mission, vision and values of the group, the shooting of new imagery and the design of a new corporate brochure. Discovering a part of the Mauritian Chinese population’s Hakka origins was a most enriching cultural experience.

Brand In One then cascaded down these newly developed values through a brand engagement workshop with the top management of each business unit. Finally, we conceptualised and organised a Customer Journey workshop with all the staff of ABC Banking over 5 days so that each team member could be exposed to the ABC Group values and culture. This workshop, which took place just before the opening of the historical ABC Banking building in Champs de Mars, was also the opportunity for the team members to bound and reflect on ways to improve the customer experience across each touch points, so they would have A Brilliant Customer experience. Simple as ABC!
